Purpose of Job:

Responsible for providing general administrative support for the Site Lead, purchasing supplies for operations, and performing clerical functions for manufacturing operations.

Key Actitives:

Provide general administrative support services. Manage Site Lead's calendar, schedule meetings, create presentations for executive team and schedule travel.

Manages P-Card and purchase orders for Manufacturing and reconciles statements on a monthly basis and helps manage the budget. Ordering of office supplies for the entire plant.

Provide QA and operations travel arrangements and catering of meetings and audits. Complete expense reports for exempt staff.

Developing relationships with suppliers

Owner of the operations uniform ordering process

OARS Report

Responsible for ancillary activities ie United Way activities, blood drives, food trucks, monthly contest

Qualifications

Skills: Good Communication Skills wriiten & oral, excellent computer skills, ability to access needs without being told, problem solve, and work accurately in a fast past enviorment.

Provide general administrative support services.

Education: High School, accounting classes a plus. BS Degree preferred

Experience: 5 plus years Admin experience.

Special Skills: Microsoft Office Skills
