If you have previous experience in manufacturing machine maintenance/trouble shooting and running a manual lathe , we want to hear from you!

This position will be responsible for ensuring facility equipment is functioning at all times. They will perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure production machinery runs efficiently. Technicians will be responsible for tear down, repair, reassembly and modifications of machinery. They must be able to troubleshoot, diagnose and repair mechanical problems.

  • Required general knowledge in mechanics (gears, bearings, pulleys, belts, etc.), pneumatics and hydraulics in order to effectively perform various duties to maintain production machines.

  • MUST know how to operate a manual lathe.

  • Conduct machine set ups, troubleshooting, repairs and preventative maintenance service.

  • Examine parts for defects, such as breakage and excessive wear.

  • Provide emergency and unscheduled repairs of production equipment.

  • Disassemble and reassemble machinery and equipment to remove parts to inspect, test and repair.

  • Use a variety of hand and power tools to fulfill tasks.

  • Clean, lubricate and adjust parts of machinery.

  • Fabricate new parts.

  • Must be able to work overtime as needed.
