Job Description

We’re looking for a talented application analyst to support our application development process and support the maintenance of our existing ERP solution as we prepare for a future migration to SAP. Objectives of this Role

· Responsible for the entire life cycle of solutions from acquisition to delivery and product export support.

· Develops and documents business objectives, data requirements, processing documentation and specifications.

· Designs and implements information systems and processes in support of core business functions.

· Evaluate end user needs and existing applications to define system requirements and technical standards.

· Collaborates with various function teams such as manufacturing, finance, supply chain and IT Development team to achieve business results.

· Develops data-gathering strategies to create reports with PowerBI.

· Familiar with SQL, database design and securing a company’s data (including ability to troubleshoot these systems).

· Responsible for drafting user guides and beta testing pre-release systems.

· Helps with the implementation and ongoing maintenance of the ERP system (Currently Mainframe based).

· Tests ERP and workflow to ensure the system is meeting business needs including any integrations with other applications.

· Assesses the performance of ERP System and recommends enhancements.

· Support implementation of ERP adjacent technologies.

· Generates Project Status reports, establishing timelines, leading project meetings, and resolving technical issues.

· Remain current on technology trends to keep our software as innovative as possible – Participating in our High Performing Teams (HPT’s) across Divisions

· Lead division migration to SAP including Data clean-up and process change efforts.

· Support SOX compliance and audit requirements.

Skills and Qualifications

· Citizenship: US Citizen or Permanent Resident Alien.

· 4-year University/College Degree or equivalent.

· Minimum of 4 years of experience in IT, BI reporting, or analytics.

· Possess strong analytical, communication and documentation skills.

· Solid computer skills and experience with reporting is a must.

· Knowledge of PowerBI is a plus.

· Advanced Excel skills, including Data connections from SQL (and other sources), formulas, pivot tables, macro programming.

· Keen attention to detail with Excellent time management.

Preferred Qualifications

· Strong Business Analysis skills.

· Agile methodologies and proficiency with project tracking software, such as Azure DevOps.

· Previous development with PowerBI.

· Ability to adapt to changing priorities as well as helping to establish priorities and meet commitments.
