We are currently seeking a highly skilled Accounting Manager for a fast-paced and growing company. The successful candidate will oversee the financial operations of the organization to ensure accuracy, timeliness and conformance to both company standards and regulatory requirements. The Accounting Manager will work collaboratively with our senior leadership team to strategize on financial decisions and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Overseeing daily operations of the accounting department and ensuring that each task is carried out accurately and timely.

• Managing team of accountants and financial professionals, providing guidance, and ensuring they maintain compliance with accounting regulations and company policies.

• Reviewing and approving all ledger accounts, financial statements, and reports.

• Developing and implementing accounting policies and processes to improve operational efficiencies and accuracy.

• Coordinating with internal and external auditors to ensure all accounting practices meet regulatory standards.

• Preparing and presenting financial reports, budget, business plans, commentaries, and financial statements to the senior management team.

• Participating in the development of strategic financial objectives and goals for the company.

• Analyzing current accounting processes; recommending and implementing improvements and efficiencies.

• Ensuring company is in compliance with all local, state and federal tax filings and obligations.

• Assisting in special projects, system improvements or tasks necessary during the company growth.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field required.

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation strongly preferred but not required

• Minimum 7+ years of accounting/finance experience, with at least 3 years at a managerial level.

• Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).

• Proficient in accounting software and financial management systems.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects.

• Exceptional team leadership and development abilities.

  Requirements

• Proficiency in using accounting software systems is required.

• Should have comprehensive knowledge of all accounting functions.

• Experience in managing Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) is a must.

• Should have a strong background in auditing processes.

• Expertise in billing functions is vital.

• Familiarity with corporate treasury management is necessary.

• Experience with fixed asset depreciation is required.

• Proficiency in using Sage 300 software is a plus.

• Must be legally eligible to work in the country of employment without any discriminatory considerations
