JOB REQUIREMENTS: Our hands-on Technical Support Specialist position will be primarily responsible for: Analyzing and resolving problems with company PCs, phones, multi-function printers, mobile devices, wireless devices, and PC accessories. Inventory PC management, PC setup, upgrades, and installing new software. Documenting processes and performing diagnostic tests. Assisting with EDI testing. ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Preferred qualifications include: Associates degree in Computer Science or Information Systems.
