Responsibilities

Main Tasks and Responsibilities Performs regular and preventive maintenance on all machines, equipment, tools, and buildings Assists in repairing woodworking machinery, input/output systems, hand tools, and forklifts according to schematics, user manuals, and manufacturer specifications Orders supplies and parts as needed Performs preventive maintenance as scheduled Maintains records of repair and maintenance activities Executes tasks according to established safety rules and procedures Maintains a clean and organized work area Participates in safety, AC, and other programs and meetings If assigned to the treatment department, performs tasks in accordance with hazardous waste and hazardous material handling procedures and practices Prepares various reports as needed Performs other tasks as needed

The essential functions of this role include:

• wearing steel toe shoes

• working in a non-temperature controlled environment

• manual lifting up to 50lbs

• standing for 8 hours at one time
