Fairview Health Services Registered Nurse - RN in Grand Rapids, Minnesota

Ebenezer offers a robust compensation package for Registered Nurses with excellent benefits and hourly wages ranging from $36 - $47 / hour. Wage determinations will be based on related experience.

We are looking for a Registered Nurse - RN to join our team in ensuring that the safety and health needs of the senior age assisted living/memory care residents are met at our Grand Rapids, MN location. Supported by a Director of Health Services Nurse, Executive Director, Triage RN, Resident assistants/Medication Passers, culinary, housekeeping, social work, and more.

Nurse schedule includes;

  • 80 hours every two weeks ; full time

  • Every other weekend and holiday rotation

We offer an age-in place model, where our residents choose apartments and services based on their needs.

  • Maintains current assessment and documentation using progress notes of resident health status

  • Implements new and updates current resident care plan

  • Coordinates resident health services with internal/external providers and getting orders as needed

  • Handles and supervises timely and accurate medication and treatment administration

  • Acts as support to Director of Health Services to fill in as RN on call during scheduled times

  • Monitors work and performance of licensed and unlicensed staff

Required:

  • Current MN RN license or by start date

  • AHA BLS for Healthcare Providers or Red Cross CPR for Professional Rescuers

Preferred:

  • Comfortable using Microsoft windows and electronic charting systems

  • Work experience in a patient support role, LPN or RN

  • Good written and verbal communication skills to interact with residents, families and physicians or providers

  • Ability to work with and have sensitivity to the needs of the geriatric population
