The recently formed Global Customer Experience (CX) Team exists to understand and simplify our customers and partners experience to enhance CX across all touchpoints during their interaction with Rockwell Automation.
Who are we searching for? We are looking for an intern to our CX System team to help develop and implement customer experience projects through development of CX System. You will update and maintain our personas database, gathering feedback on our customer experience system, and supporting multiple projects related to design thinking and customer journey mapping.
The job is remote-friendly.
What is CX System? The Customer Experience (CX) System is a comprehensive platform designed to assist CX practitioners in creating exceptional experiences for customers and partners. By providing access to best practices, an personas library, customer journey mapping and service blueprinting toolkits, and methodologies and research, the platform helps incorporate the voice of customers into the design process.
Responsibilities: Update the personas database Gather feedback on our customer experience system and implement improvements Support customer journey mapping workshops and personas creation Conduct interviews with other departments to identify customer needs and preferences Conduct benchmark analysis and desk research to inform decision-making Create presentations to communicate findings and insights Support design thinking projects and collaborate with different teams Help create educational materials on CX System assets
Basic Qualifications: Must be pursuing a bachelor's or advanced degree from an accredited college or university Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.75 Legal authorization to work in the US is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.
Preferred Qualifications: Cumulative 3.0 GPA Prior intern or co-op with Rockwell Automation Pursuing a degree in user experience, customer experience design, web design, computer science, digital communication, applied psychology, business strategy, or similar.
