We’re currently seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker/ Licensed Professional Counselor (LCSW/ LPC) to fill an opening in Grand Junction, CO offering competitive pay, flexible schedules, and great work-life balance.

Details & Responsibilities

• Competitive Pay + medical/dental/vision benefits for full-time providers

• Full-time schedule

• Monday - Friday ( 5-8's 4-10's)

• No call or weekends required

• Start Date: ASAP

• Credentialing Estimate: 1 month

• Duties:

• Provides necessary social work intervention

• Assesses patient's psychosocial needs, plans for, evaluates and modifies interventions to meet the established patient/client goals

• Collaborates with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient/client

• Observes and reports patient progress and/or changes in patient status to physician and appropriate multi- disciplinary team members

Required Qualifications

• Active/Unrestricted Colorado LCSW/ LPC License

• Master's Degree in a mental health related field such as Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work.

• BLS/ACLS Certification

• **One year experience providing mental health services in an institutional setting is preferred.
