Qualifications - Cleaning experience - Janitorial or custodial experience preferred - Knowledge of floor care techniques - Familiarity with commercial cleaning practices - Ability to work independently and efficiently - Experience in residential painting or industrial cleaning is a plus - Previous maintenance or porter experience advantageous - Skills in buffing and facilities maintenance are beneficial
