Kinney Drugs Warehouse Clerk-Loading in Gouverneur, New York
Overview
Job Summary:Responsible for the security, inventory management, and general flow of the inventory associated with the Distribution Center.
Responsibilities
Job Duties:
Deliver total customer service to our stores and other departments
Load trucks and trailers to maximize the available cube and protect the freight from damages
Operate all equipment associated with picking and loading responsibilities
Assist in cross functional work assignments when work loads demand
Pick store orders and maintain the integrity of our inventories
Maintain open communications with the management team, to help coordinate the general flow of inventory throughout the distribution center pipeline
Responsible for completing all mandatory and regulatory training programs
Perform other duties as assigned
Job Skills Required:
Must be able to lift 80 pounds
Palletize freight to a height of 8”
Better than average math skills
Successful completion of all mandatory training
Qualifications
Education:
Required: High School Diploma or GED
Experience:
Preferred: Previous experience, but not required
Special Conditions of Employment:
- Drug test
Initial and continuous exclusion and sanction/disciplinary monitoring
Any and all additional eligibility requirements based on the specific position
Compensation:
$16.00 - $22.17 an hour
The final offer will be determined after careful consideration of multiple factors such as relevant skills, years of experience and education.
