Cures extruded tubes, performs quality checks, delivers mandrels to/from work stations, performs material handler functions.
Preps tubes to be specified length
Delivers stock of extruded tubes.
Loads stock in hotbox
Sprays mandrels with release agent
Loads/unloads mandrels on/off breaker/wrapper
Loads uncured tubes on mandrels
Unloads cured tubes off mandrels
Wraps/unwraps tubes on mandrels
Places cured tubes on staging stock trucks
Performs quality checks on cured tubes
Records quality checks.
Inspect ID/OD on each cured tube
Load/unloads mandrels onto autoclave carts
Operates autoclaves
Loads/unloads mandrels onto autoclave carts
Operates wrapper/breaker
Operates Autoclaves
Operates mandrel cleaning lathe
Stripes color code on ID of cured tubes
Separates tubes on shipping trucks
Delivers cured tubes on shipping trucks
Prepares identification tickets for cured tubes
Gets supplies from storeroom
Pay, Benefits, and Work Schedule
This position starts at $22.74 and is eligible to reach top pay by step progression increases

This position is considered 1st shift Monday -Friday 6am-2pm.
Must be able to successfully pass a background check and drug screening as a condition of employment.
