Posting Title: Manufacturing/Operations Supervisor – 2nd shift (Onsite)

Raytheon Vision System is hiring for a Manufacturing/Operations Supervisor – 2nd shift, Monday – Friday 12:30pm – 9:30pm. The supervisor will lead and manage a team of non-exempt employees in the area of Focal Plane and Thin Films processing. Main responsibility is day to day supervision of operators including writing and delivering performance reviews for direct reports. Will also be responsible for factory scheduling, workflow management and reporting on standard factory health metrics including throughput, cycle time and yield.

What You Will Do

• Interaction with multiple other groups within RVS.

• Responsible for compliance and management of the clean room including safety and audit preparedness .

• Handling statistical Process Control (SPC).

• Working with WIP Tracking systems and reports.

Qualifications You Must Have

• Typically requires a university degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 5 years’ related experience. Or an advanced degree with 3 years of related experience .

• U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.

Qualifications We Prefer

• Supervisory experience preferably in a semiconductor environment.

• Familiarity with semiconductor processing equipment, methods, and processes.

• Strong Communication and written skills.

• Knowledge of basic engineering principles, theories, and concepts.

• Excellent Computer Literacy (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

The salary range for this role is 85,000 USD - 179,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
