The General Mills R&D Leadership Development Program is a great way to kick-off your career. Preferred Qualifications: Pursuing an M.S. or Ph.D. in Food Science or related degree Graduating in Winter 2024 or Spring 2025 Strong academic record Ability to deliver outstanding results and are developing technical & business acumen Learning mindset & cultural agility, curiosity & inventiveness Strong interpersonal & communication skills, passion, enthusiasm, and professional maturity Leadership Experience HUNGRY FOR WHAT'S NEXT?
