What you will do:

  1. Act as service team product specialist, MV&LV Switchgear, protection relay or SCADA, to support technical clarification, customer product application, or trouble shooting related topic in both promotion phase and execution phase.

  2. Coordinate with team member and 3rd party to develop and deliver consulting service to customer.

  3. Lead technical discussion with HQ and support local team on standardization or optimization in documentation, promotion/training materials and daily operation process.

  4. Bridge and facilitate the communication and collaboration between sales and execution team.

What we are looking for:

  • University or above degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering

  • Minimum 3 years experiences in power distribution or energy automation related field

  • Self-motivated and be able to work independently.

  • Knowledge in power distribution related product, e.g. MV/LV Switchgear SWGR, CB, Relay or SCADA

  • English level: Medium or high.

  • Be able to travel within Taiwan.
