Job Summary:
As a Warehouse Associate, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and efficiently. You'll be responsible for everything from assembling orders to loading trucks, while also maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in shipping and receiving: unloading trucks, checking in merchandise
Assemble customer orders from stock and prepare them for shipment (palletizing, boxing)
Interact with customers in a professional and friendly manner during deliveries and pickups
Ensure warehouse is clean, organized, and adheres to safety standards
Label and identify materials accurately
Weigh and count items for distribution
Read and interpret customer orders, work orders, and shipping documents
Prepare and verify shipping and receiving paperwork
Learn to operate a radio frequency (RF) scanner
Lift up to 50 pounds
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED equivalent
Forklift experience or certification (preferred)
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
