Description We are looking for a diligent Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team in Glen Allen, Virginia, United States. In this role, you will be tasked with handling vendor payables, managing company credit cards, and processing expense reimbursements. Your ability to maintain accurate records and ensure swift resolution of any outstanding issues will contribute significantly to our operations.

Responsibilities:

• Effectively manage vendor payables, ensuring all payments are timely and accurate.

• Handle and reconcile company credit cards, ensuring all transactions are accounted for.

• Process expense reimbursements, making sure all claims are valid and approved.

• Monitor and handle unclaimed property, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

• Manage and process outstanding check letters, ensuring recipients are notified in a timely manner.

• Utilize your skills in Account Reconciliation, Accounts Payable (AP), Check Runs, Coding Invoices, and Data Entry to maintain accurate records and streamline operations.

• Leverage your proficiency in software such as Microsoft Excel, Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP to carry out tasks effectively.

• Ensure timely and accurate Invoice Processing, contributing to smooth financial operations. Requirements • Proficiency in Accounts Payable (AP)

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in an accounts payable role

• Demonstrable skills in Account Reconciliation

• Experience with Check Runs

• Familiarity with Coding Invoices

• Strong data entry skills

• Proven experience in Invoice Processing

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• Knowledge of Oracle

• Experience with QuickBooks

• Familiarity with SAP

• Strong attention to detail

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

• Ability to handle confidential information

• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field is preferred
