We are seeking a highly organized and detail-orientedProduction Coordinatorto support the Production Manager. As a Production Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the crews and logistics for all received jobs/projects and execution of all work practices necessary to successful completion and ensure the profitability of the job.
Primary support Responsibilities:
Coordinate, manage, and monitor the Field Crews and clients.
Ensure successful completion of all work practices necessary for the job.
Monitor and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines.
Coordinate with purchasing department and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
Compile project status reports, create and coordinate project schedules, and identify and resolve technical problems.
Contribute to improving operations by implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service best practices.
Proactively resolve problems before they arise, and problem solve when they do.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Serve as point of contact when there are customer concerns related to job quality and services provided.
Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
Prioritize short/long term tasks and objectives.

Requirements
Skills and Competencies:

Ability to communicate well with outside customers and installers as well as all levels of internal management and coworkers.

Ability to balance workload and prioritize in a fast-paced environment to meet predetermined deadlines.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Must be able to multi-task while maintaining attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software.
Knowledge of standard interior commercial construction practices a plus.
Career Experience:
A minimum of 3 years construction/field crew management.
