About the Role:
We are seeking passionate Assistant Managers who share our dedication to food quality, customer service, and community. As an Assistant Manager at Kneaders, you will have the opportunity to lead a dynamic team to deliver exceptional menu selections, from scratch-baked bread and pastries to wholesome soups, salads, and sandwiches made with honest, whole ingredients.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership: Inspire and guide your team to provide consistent, exemplary customer service experiences. Your leadership will create a positive and motivating work environment.
Business Strategy: Utilize advanced business and budget strategy techniques, including labor management and food cost analysis, to ensure the efficient and profitable operation of the cafe.
Team Development: Foster a supportive environment focused on team building, development, and career growth. You will play a key role in mentoring and guiding team members to achieve their career aspirations.
Collaboration: Actively listen to feedback from team members, corporate partners, vendors, and customers to drive improvements and enhance the overall experience at Kneaders.
Qualifications:
Experience: At least 1+ years of leadership experience in a fast-paced fast/casual restaurant or retail environment, demonstrating your ability to manage and lead a team effectively.
Compliance: Strong understanding of local, state, and federal regulations for food handling and sanitation standards, ensuring a safe and compliant work environment.
Sales & Operations: Proven ability to drive sales, meet operational goals, and innovate to enhance both team and customer experiences, thinking beyond traditional methods to achieve excellence.
