Our Project Management Team is looking for a new collegue!

Main mission : to ensure succesful implementation of changes in the plant after G90. Succesful implementation means to reach the change project targets regarding product and process quality, timing and financials.

Main tasks :

• Planning, leading and managing project teams (D3&D5 Projects) to realize the objectives and to implement the core team decisions in affected plants;

• Responsible for succesful execution of all tasks necessary to achive the agreed functionality, quality, change project schedule and commercial objectives;

• Plan and conduct project meetings and risk assesments;

• Align with the customer (in strong interaction with Sales, R&D and NPL) further steps and measures;

• Receives customer requests (project related) and distribute/communicate it to the responsible departments in the organisation;

• Responsible for planning, execution and documentation of Gate Release according to project plan and conduct project meetings, gate release meetings and review meetings to report to management, together with the functional managers;

• Responsible to present the change project status to the project team and to the customer regularly.

Required experience and skills:

• University degree in Engineering (it's a plus but not a must);

• Proeficiency in English;

• Automotive experience 3+ years (preferably in similar position);

• Experience in leading indirectly teams.
