Randstad is looking for a proactive and organized Purchasing Coordinator to support our procurement operations. The Purchasing Coordinator will be responsible for assisting with all aspects of the purchasing process, from sourcing suppliers to processing orders and ensuring timely delivery. This role offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate with various stakeholders and contribute to the efficiency and success of our purchasing function.

salary: $41,600 - $52,000 per year

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM

education: High School

Responsibilities

• Monitoring and ensuring proper inventory levels for our manufacturing plant

• Reviewing new orders for inventory availability

• Issuing PO's the meet customer requirements and/or internal inventory levels

• Track purchase order status with vendors

• Facilitate communication regarding PO's between internal and external delivery partners.

• Create Inventory reports.

• Issue Work Orders for production and receive completed WO's upon completion.
