Job Title: Maintenance Planner

Job Description

The Maintenance Planner position is pivotal in assisting with the development of a reliability-based maintenance strategy, focusing on preventive and predictive maintenance. This role involves direct collaboration with the Maintenance Manager and Plant Manager to enhance and maintain a reliable CMMS system and robust maintenance team. The Planner will perform tasks independently as well as in cooperation with other plant personnel to optimize preventative, predictive, and routine maintenance tasks, all while supporting the policies, goals, and objectives of the company.

Hard Skills

Job Type

This is a permanent position.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Georgetown, Delaware.

Work Environment

The work environment for this position is both in office and on the plant floor, enabling interaction with plant maintenance leaders to grasp the realities of the assets, locations, and maintenance work. Necessary Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) will be provided.
