Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Reach Truck Operator for our facility in Garland, TX. Our facility is a leading product developer and manufacturer of home and personal care FMCG (Fast-moving consumer goods). We produce laundry detergents, laundry aids, and fabric softeners for top brands. We offer a clean, organized, and air-conditioned work environment that is FDA regulated. This is a direct placement role with ample room for growth. We offer cross-training for promotion opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package including 401K match, dental, medical, and vision insurance. The schedule is rotating with voluntary overtime on off days. You must be available to work every other weekend. The day shift runs from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm and includes a 30-minute lunch break and two 15-minute breaks.

Hard Skills

• Raymond Reach Truck operation (3 years minimum)

• Ability to work 12-hour shifts rotating weekends

• Comfortable driving in narrow warehouse aisles, using reach up to 7 levels

• Experience with material distribution and management according to the Production Schedule

• Familiarity with loading and unloading of inbound and outbound trucks

• Understanding of inventory accuracy and cycle count

• Ability to maintain a clean and organized work area

• Steel toe safety shoes

This is a fully on-site position in GARLAND, Texas.

Work Environment

Our plant is very clean, organized, and FDA regulated. We operate in an air-conditioned facility. This position requires you to work every other weekend and offers voluntary overtime on off days. The day shift runs from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm.
