JOB SUMMARY:

The undergraduate p rogram of the Gordon F. Derner School of Psychology is seeking an Adjunct Professor to teach Psychological Research for the Spring 2025 semester.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. The undergraduate p rogram of the Gordon F. Derner School of Psychology is seeking an Adjunct Professor to teach Psychological Research.

  2. T here are several sections of the course and required labs we are looking to fill.

  3. The labs are focused on familiarizing undergraduate psychology and neuroscience students with psychological research methods, developing research questions and analyzing data in SPSS in order to write a full APA-style research paper.

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  4. A Master’s degree in Psychology or a closely related field is required.

  5. A PhD in Psychology or a closely related field is preferred.

  6. Experience teaching courses with a writing component.

    SALARY INFORMATION:

    In compliance with New York’s Pay Transparency Act, the salary for this position is $1,798 per credit.
