Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for Salesforce data management

• Liaise with the sales team to support business planning, pipeline management, and day-to-day sales operations e.g. quotations, inquiries, document

• Work closely with the team to understand CRM-related business reporting requirements and develop dashboards and reports

• Generate and disseminate comprehensive sales reports

• Facilitate communication with various teams and customers.

• Coordinate monthly Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) activities

• Provide administrative support for effective sales planning and operational efficiency

• Handle ad hoc report requests throughout the week

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of related experience in Sales, Sales Data Analyst, or Sales Operation Specialist

• Equivalent experience or a Bachelor's degree

• Excellent MS-Office skills. Familiarity with ERP (Oracle, SAP) and CRM (Salesforce.com)

• Excellent English & Korean verbal and written communication skills

• Strong business analytical/reporting skills with attention to detail

• Ability to work at speed and prioritize effectively
