Robert Half is hiring for a Payroll Specialist for a growing company near Laurel,, MD! This is a direct-hire opportunity that offers a hybrid work schedule. The ideal candidate will have full-cycle payroll experience and knowledge of ADP Workforce Now.

Responsibilities

• Process full-cycle payroll

• Maintain employee payroll records

• Multi-state payroll processing

• Maintain relationship with payroll vendors

• Download and submit regular payroll reports to management

• Ensure all time sheets are submitted accurately and on time

• Maintain monthly payroll tax reports

• Special projects as assigned

  Requirements

Qualifications

• 2+ years of full-cycle payroll required

• Experience with ADP Workforce Now

• Strong organizational and communication abilities

• Able to work in a fast pace office environment
