Job Title: Production EngineerJob Description

Join our team as a Production Engineer, where you'll be a key player in maximizing production efficiency. You'll be analyzing process flows, downtime, scrap reports, and capacity studies, collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement. This role also involves implementing new technologies and enhancing existing processes. Hard Skills

• Technical Expertise in machine functionality and part processes

• Process Enhancement through statistical analysis of dimensional inspections

• Ability to collaborate with external contractors and internal stakeholders

• Technical Skills to interface with machines through PLC, HMI, NC, or Robot controllers

• Experience in troubleshooting and repairing equipment

• Ability to innovate and devise methods for efficiency improvement and cost reduction

• Experience with 3D printers and AutoCAD

• Ability to design jigs, fixtures, or tooling using software like Catia

• Experience in managing direct reports and business plan projects

• Commitment to improve working conditions, safety, quality, productivity, and cost

Soft Skills

• Strong communication skills

• Leadership abilities

• Ability to develop compelling presentations to convey complex information

• Ability to manage projects and maintain documentation

• High level of housekeeping (COP) in the work area

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Fredericktown, Ohio.
