Job Title: Maintenance Mechanic
Job Description
Maintenance mechanics will be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing food processing equipment in a brand new facility in Franklin.
Responsibilities
Troubleshoot and repair food processing equipment, including blades, conveyers, belts, motors, bagging machines, CryoVac machines, robotics, boilers, chillers, and compressors.
Perform preventive maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Handle 480v electrical systems, including troubleshooting and repair.
Maintain and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
Essential Skills
Industrial or food manufacturing maintenance experience.
Proficiency in 480v electrical troubleshooting and repair.
Strong mechanical skills.
Experience with hydraulics and pneumatics.
Preventive maintenance expertise.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience working with a variety of food processing equipment.
Ability to work overtime as needed.
Strong problem-solving skills.

Work Environment
Work at the Franklin location with 1st shift hours from 6 AM to 2:30 PM, typically working 6 days a week with a rotation, requiring overtime. The facility maintains a temperature of 55 degrees. Dress code includes closed-toe shoes, t-shirts, sweatshirts, and pants. All PPE and uniforms are supplied, including hair nets, beard nets, shoe covers, smocks, bump caps, and gloves. Jewelry, fake/long nails, and fake eyelashes are not permitted.
