Shift: Second 2pm - 10pm

Brief description of the role below:

ProAmpac is seeking a Maintenance Technician who is detail-oriented, a self-starter, a critical-thinker and possesses great written and verbal communication skills. In this role you will repair and maintain machinery, facilities, systems and grounds; inspect and perform preventative maintenance which may include mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, fire systems, interior and exterior areas. Along with coordinating with specialists both internal and external when more complex work is needed, amongst other duties.

Qualifications, Education and Experience:

  • High School diploma or equivalent, technical training is a plus

  • Experience 4+ years’ machinery, equipment, internal/external facilities maintenance required

  • Experience with manufacturing facilities.

  • Solid working knowledge of general carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, electrical

  • Exceptional time management and organization skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously establishing priorities to meet deadlines.

  • Proactive; exercises sound judgment and decision making; able to identify problems and needs and develop solutions and/or options.
