Job Description:

Works under the direction of Leadership to coordinate the facilities department. Assist in facility improvement projects. Guide and instruct maintenance staff in completion of highly technological tasks as well as assign various day to day to work orders. Order, procure and maintain an inventory of appropriate parts. This position will also provide local supervision for Environmental and Linen services. This position will ensure that Joint Commission standards as well as any other regulatory body standards are in compliance.

Education Qualifications:

Successful completion of two (2) years, 2300 hour plus, vocational technical training program in facility maintenance or a related field of study. (West Region rural sites: Ada MN, Graceville MN, Fosston MN, Jamestown ND, Lisbon ND, Valley City ND, etc – this education piece for tech training is preferred)

AND

Two (2) years of maintenance experience (healthcare facilities preferred), including one (1) year of supervisory and/or leadership experience

OR

Four years of maintenance (healthcare facilities preferred) experience.
