Summary of Job Purpose: The ideal candidate will provide management with financial information by researching and analyzing accounts; preparing financial reports. The primary duties and responsibilities for this position include the following but others can be assigned:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintains and balances general ledger accounts in an ERP system by inputting data and maintains reconciliation reports.

• Applies working knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles in daily tasks and working with internal auditors.

• Analyzes information and options by developing spreadsheet reports including depreciation schedule and prepaid assets amortization schedule.

• Prepares general ledger entries by maintaining records and files as defined by company policy.

• Answers accounting and financial questions by researching and interpreting data.

• Provides accounting support for mergers and acquisitions by reviewing financial

• information; converting data to general ledger system; obtaining supplementary information for preparing financial statements.

• Prepare internal financial statements and review for compliance with laws and regulations.

• Assist with training accounting personnel, implementation of new accounting related software, and developing strategic processes for the benefit of the company.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and/or five years of related accounting experience

• Intermediate Computer Skills (Microsoft Office [primarily Excel] and Google docs)

• Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously

• Strong mathematical and analytical skills

• Good communication skills, both written and verbal

• Demonstrated ability to lead a team
