About Us:

F-TEP is Robert Half's premier "loan staff" division, dedicated to hiring and retaining top Accounting and Finance professionals for mission-critical projects with our esteemed clients. As a member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to work on a variety of challenging projects, ranging from month-end close to process improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute month-end close procedures, including trial balance preparation and journal entry adjustments.

• Maintain the integrity of general ledger accounts and chart of accounts.

• Conduct account analysis and reconciliation, including bank statements and intercompany accounts.

• Prepare and review financial statements and fixed asset schedules.

• Assist with tax return preparation and audit support.

• Perform variance analysis and ad-hoc reporting to support decision-making processes.

• Collaborate with clients to assess internal controls and identify areas for improvement.

  Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance preferred.

• Minimum of 2 years' industry experience.

• Proficiency in accounting and finance ERP systems preferred.

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables and lookups.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
