Texas Health Physicians Group is pleased to announce a Full Time Post-Acute Nurse Practitioner opportunity for a Board Certified, Texas licensed Nurse Practitioner to join an established practice seeing patients in Skilled Nursing and Rehab facilities in Fort Worth/Tarrant County areas .

POSITION DETAILS:

Ø Round on patients with unmatched flexibility.

Ø Full Time 40 hours per week.

Ø Rotating Call for covered facilities.

Ø Document using EPIC EMR system.

REQUIREMENTS:

Ø Texas License

Ø Acute Care Board Certified

Ø Possess strong verbal and written skills in English

Ø Skilled Nursing or experience working with the geriatric population preferred

Ø At least 1-year NP experience preferred

Education Master's Degree Nurse Practitioner Req Experience 1 Year As a Nurse or Nurse Practitioner. Pref Licenses and Certifications NP - Nurse Practitioner Must maintain board certification as required for licensure. Upon Hire Req Skills Active listening and learning, critical thinking, reading comprehension, effective communication, time management, judgment and decision making. Supervision Individual Contributor ADA Requirements Working Indoors 67% or more

Mechanical Hazards 1-33%

Electrical Hazards 1-33% OSHA Tasks involving exposure to blood, body fluids, or tissues. Physical Demands Light Work
