Parkview North Hospital PBHI Crisis Call Sv Specialist in Fort Wayne, Indiana
High School diploma or GED completion. Bachelors degree in a human services field preferred. Training and competency in the Columbia Suicide Severity Rating Scale (C-SSRS) upon hire. Two years experience in the health care mental health substance use or human services field. Psychiatric hospital or crisis response preferred. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Epic preferred. Must be available to work flexible hours and days of the week including weekends and evenings must have good verbal and written communication skills must be able to lift 50 pounds 100 pounds shared lifting.
