Leidos 25 IS Front Office Support Specialist in Fort Walton Beach, Florida

Are you ready for your next challenge? Leidos has a career opportunity for a 25 IS Front Office Support Specialist to work at Hurlburt Field, FL. Candidates must possess a current TS/SCI security clearance in order to be considered.

The Front Office Support Specialist provides technical and advisory assistance to military leadership and squadron personnel. The selected individual plans and organizes management activities and Distinguished Visitor visits. Also has full control over numerous calendars for scheduling appointments and activities for the Commander and Senior Enlisted Leaders. Performs administrative functions that include Commander Support Staff (CSS) requirements, review of awards, citations, performance reports, performance reviews and travel requirements. Acts as the final review step before all administrative and personnel documents are seen by the commander. Focal point between 361 ISRG Front Office and the 25th Intelligence Squadron. Serves as an internal liaison with the Director of Operations, Support Flight, and Overseas Detachment for administrative and personnel actions Focal point for squadron’s bi-weekly staff meeting and SharePoint management. Analyze internal office workflow and establish procedures to improve effectiveness and efficiency of support and mission goals through administrative and personnel means. Supervises and manages administrative/executive support programs for the commander such as tasker management (TMT/TITAN), sharepoint, etc.

Works with CSS and acts as Front office focal point for LeaveWeb actions such as terminal, PTDY and monthly audits. Assists the commander and SEL in planning, administering, and monitoring manpower resources requirements. Serves as the point of contact for both civilian and military utilization, maintains manpower manning documents for the commander. Develops, establishes, updates, and maintains office procedures and records/files of various types to ensure effective and efficient operation of the office. Coordinates and performs a wide variety of administrative and management services essential to the operation for the office (including, but not limited to, management and information systems, telecommunications, procurement, human resources, training, logistics, property, space; records and files, printing and graphics, mail, travel and office equipment).

Required Qualifications):

  • High school and 5+ years of relevant experience.

  • Currently possess a TS/SCI security clearance.

Possess knowledge in the following areas:

  • Wide range of manpower, personnel, education, and/or service operations, directives, programs, structure, work methods and procedures within the 25 IS.

  • Various office automation software programs, tools, and techniques to support office operations and produce a variety of documents such as letters, reports, spreadsheets, databases, and graphs.

  • Privacy Act (PA) and Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) laws and DOD regulations, policies and instructions governing the release of unclassified and/or classified information.

  • Safety, security, personnel management, and EEO regulations, practices and procedures.

  • Security procedures to maintain control of classified material and ability to apply existing classification guidance.

Additional qualifications include:

  • Skilled in fact-finding, problem analysis, problem resolution, and development of concrete action plans to solve problems.

  • Ability to gather, analyze and present facts and communicate effectively using tact and courtesy and possess the ability to plan, organize work, and meet deadlines.

  • Ability to analyze, plan, and adjust work operations of one or more organizational segments to meet program requirements and organize management programs, DV functions, and other functional events of the 361 ISRG.

  • Ability to travel in military and/or commercial aircraft to perform temporary duty assignments if needed.

  • May require overtime and/or irregular hours (i.e. evenings, weekends, and or holidays).

Pay Range:

Pay Range $53,950.00 - $97,525.00

Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
