We are offering an exciting opportunity for a high level Senior Business Analyst Consultant highly skilled in healthcare data and big data migration projects in the healthcare industry, located in Fort Myers, Florida. In this role, you will play a vital part in enabling data services, standardized reporting, and analytics, as well as self-service reporting. You will interact professionally with business unit leaders and analysts to determine data and reporting requirements. This role offers a contract to potential permanent employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with business unit leaders and analysts to identify data and reporting requirements

• Facilitate the operation of the Informatics/BI team in an Agile BI Analytics DevOps environment

• Utilize healthcare data knowledge to provide innovative insights

• Continuously enhance Data Services to improve the organization's use of information

• Assist in the enablement of the Enterprise Data Warehouse and Data as a Service (DaaS)

• Document necessary data, functional and non-functional requirements

• Apply Gap Analysis and AB Testing skills to optimize business processes

• Use Business Requirement Document, Power BI, and SQL Reporting skills to create and maintain accurate records

• Leverage Healthcare Analytics and Big Data skills to process customer applications efficiently and accurately.

Requirements • Minimum of 7 years of experience in a Business Analyst role within the Healthcare, Hospitals, or Social Assistance industry

• Proficiency in Gap Analysis and the ability to identify opportunities for improvement in business processes

• Experience in AB Testing to support data-driven decision making

• Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodologies, demonstrating the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

• Strong understanding of Business Process Functions within the healthcare industry

• Proven experience in crafting comprehensive Business Requirement Documents

• Proficiency in Power BI for creating interactive data visualizations

• Experience in SQL Reporting, with the ability to write and execute complex SQL queries

• Knowledge of HealthCare Analytics, including the use of data to improve patient care and operational efficiency

• Familiarity with Big Data technologies and their application in the healthcare industry. Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®
