Top Skills:

• Senior level – Put them into their high profile incidents, jump in with very little training

• Split shift – 10am to 7, or 1-10 – Peak times. On site in Ft mill

• Would like to know SNOW really well, Dynatrace & Grafana are a plus

• Aggressive command control incident manager

• Usually have 3-4 incident managers at a time working different shifts

• Alerts, follow through operations, analytics, communication, etc Wide range of things they will be doing

• Enterprise level experience would help, banking not needed

Job Description:

The Technical Lead will collaborate with the entire range of technical resources within the organization to establish and maintain technology standards and evaluate new technologies and designs to enable our client to achieve its business goals in the most economical, scalable, and supportable way.

• Key contributor to technical project design, review, and research. This person will be a senior technical resource who will lead design discussions and actively participate in system evaluations, design, development and implementations.

• Assist in the establishment and maintenance of written technology standards and best practices. Develop clear and organized documentation aimed at both highly technical as well as non-technical, business oriented audiences.

• Key Contributor to the development and execution of an enterprise-wide technical roadmap. Key contributor on the recommendations and visions for short, mid, and long term technology plans.

• Lead functional teams in systems integration and design, including writing operational specs and requirements management.

• Present technology presentations, overviews, and training to a range of groups and audiences.

• Contribute as a senior technical resource for others and act as a technical advisor to management.
