Responsibilities:

• Shall conduct intelligence analysis to enable the development of human intelligence (HUMINT) and counterintelligence (CI) efforts, based on established analytical tradecraft methodologies and unit collection and targeting strategies

• Shall provide detailed analysis necessary to support current and future, full-spectrum operations

• Shall conduct analysis to prioritize topics and requirements and present this analysis in a weekly report

• Shall facilitate the INSCOM targeting coordination board on a monthly basis, including scheduling conference rooms, consolidating briefings, taking notes, and disseminating executive summaries

• Shall attend targeting meetings hosted by INSCOM Major Subordinate Commands

• Shall conduct analytical exchanges and engagements

• Shall identify critical vulnerabilities to army interests

• Shall identify new CI target sets and nominate targets to the high payoff target list (HPTL)

• Shall provide training on the targeting process to INSCOM action officers on a monthly basis

• Training shall include relevant material within ATP 3-60 (Targeting), JP 3-60 (Joint Targeting), ATP 3-60.1 (Dynamic Targeting), ATP 2-01.3 (Intelligence Preparation of the Battlefield/Battlespace), G3 Targeting SOP, and INSCOM-specific issues

• Shall advise INSCOM G35 on the targeting process

Requirements:

• Minimum of 15 years experience, with specific minimum requirements in each of the following fields:

• Management (3 years or more)

• All-Source Analysis (8 years or more.

• Creditable experience in distinct fields cannot be combined (see above)

• Must be a graduate of any of the following Military department all-source analysis certifying Courses:

• Army – Military Intelligence Captains Career Course or service equivalent

• Army – 350F Course or service equivalent

• Army – 35F Course or service equivalent

• Understanding of the Intelligence Cycle, Collection Management Cycle, Targeting Cycle, and intelligence analytic techniques including trend and pattern analysis, geospatial analysis, link analysis and network or social network analysis

• Understanding of Intelligence Support /Role in the MDMP

• Experienced with data processing systems such as DCGS-A, CIDNE, and SIPRNET and JWICS search engines

• Possess strong research and writing skills
