Join us as a Production Supervisor! This position will oversee our Powder Coat Paint Line on 1st shift. The Production Supervisor is responsible for the operational performance of the production area assigned which includes but is not limited to: safety incident rate, cost of quality as a percentage of sales, quality no-charge expedited order percentage, on-time delivery percentage, labor as a percentage of sales and value added per labor hour, which are the inputs to the budgeted operating profit percentage. Financial responsibilities include operating expenses as a percentage of sales and operating profit as a percentage of sales. Required Skills What We Are Looking For: A minimum of 2 years in a leadership role, combined with a minimum of 5 years manufacturing experience. Good understanding of ISO 9001-2015and ISO 14001-2015 The ability to effectively lead and coach employees. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written. A goal-driven self-starter who can focus on continuous improvement. ERP familiarity and advanced skills in the Microsoft Office suite.
