This opportunity resides with Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Cyber, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (C5ISR), a business group within HII’s Mission Technologies division. Summary

HII-Mission Technologies is seeking a ISR Knowledge Manager SME to support work in Ramstein, Germany.

The ISR Knowledge Manager SME is responsible for advising USAFE/AFAFRICA A2 Directorate leadership on collaboration in support of A2 Persistent ISR strategy. This SME will use knowledge of and experience with Microsoft (MS) Suite, SharePoint, Defense Travel System (DTS), MyEval, and Enterprise Task Management Software Solution (ETMS2)/Task Management Tool (TMT), or other online tools to support HQ USAFE-AFAFRICA/A2 corporate knowledge and ensure proper distribution and access processes are in place to support staff planning and administration functions (both classified and unclassified) during business hours at HQ U-A/A2, Ramstein AFB, DE. The ISR Knowledge Manager SME is responsible for advising USAFE/AFAFRICA A2 Directorate leadership on collaboration in support of A2 Persistent ISR strategy. What You Will Do

  • Create a sustainable knowledge management framework for the directorate.

  • Educate and train ISR Directorate members on staffing requirements, knowledge management systems, and associated tools.

  • Assist in the application of knowledge to inform future ISR investments, activities, and decisions.

  • Work with the Government to track and coordinate staff packages throughout staff and others using TMT or other online tools.

  • Receive and correlate staff inputs for taskers, Requests for Information (RFIs), and other staff data calls to support HQ U-A/A2 Division tasks.

  • Assist in the development and coordination of staff briefings, bullet-background papers (BBP), and other reference materials including dissemination via email and other online methods, and posting to SharePoint, other websites, and shared directories. Maintain continuity of all products using Sharepoint.

  • Schedule, set-up, and execute meetings, VTCs, and other forums as necessary for HQ U-A/A2 Division and Branch personnel and leadership.

  • Develop and oversee staff onboarding and out-processing requirements, to include identifying training and resource needs for the directorate.

  • Maintain conference room schedule and availability.

  • Organize official/semi-official events, and source departure materials for outbound personnel.

  • Responsible for electronic records management and be the POC for records file plan.

  • Prepare, process, and staff draft and final written and electronic mail correspondence using, AFH 33-337, Tongue and Quill, standards and in support of senior division leadership (O-6/GG-15) responsibilities.

  • Oversee and manage the preparation, processing, and staffing of HQ U-A/A2 correspondence including, but not limited to, awards, decorations, assessments, and training actions using MyEval and other online tools and applications.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 3 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 1 year relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 7 years relevant experience.

  • Clearance: Must posses and maintain a Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.

  • 5 years of experience supporting DoD customer.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft (MS) Suite, SharePoint, DTS, TMT, and other online administrative, scheduling, and collaboration tools is required.

Preferred: Bonus Points For...

  • Bachelor's degree

  • 5+ years of experience at the HAF, MAJCOM, or NAF level with staff operations and Air Force intelligence enterprise management.

  • MS Power Bi/Power Apps experience.

  • Experience with USAF unit program management and coordination.
