Job Summary

The Administrative Assistant Senior reports to the Assistant Dean of Students. This position is responsible for the office management and administrative functions for the Office of the Dean of Students and its affiliated areas.

Responsibilities*

Administrative/Communication/Marketing

Provide administrative support for all staff including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, event planning, and programmatic support.

Provide administrative support to the CARE team and Student Conduct including, but not limited to, reviewing reports, creating cases, documenting actions and coordinating communication.

Provide administrative support for various committees as determined by department leadership including, but not limited to, attending meetings, documenting minutes and supporting committee actions.

Provide support to department events and committees as needed including, but not limited to, reserving space, ordering catering, creating marketing materials, and managing event set-up.

Assist with department programs including, but not limited to, fratern
