Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Description

Join our team as a Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician, where you will be a crucial part of a family-owned specialty chemical manufacturing company. In this role, you will perform mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic repairs, handle scheduled preventative maintenance, and participate in significant projects such as overhauling dryer systems and relocating pipelines. You will also be responsible for utilizing maintenance software to update work orders effectively.

Hard Skills

• Ability to work in dirty environments

• Reading blueprints/electrical schematics

• Electrical troubleshooting (480 3 phase)

• Welding (MIG/TIG/Stick)

Work Environment

The maintenance team consists of five members within a total facility workforce of 30 people. The work environment is dusty due to the nature of the product (iron salt), which can leave a faint metallic taste and smell. Work hours are Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with a 30-minute lunch break, and rare Saturday shifts.
