Description
We have an opening for aTreasury Accounting Specialistto join our Accounting team working in our cash management and treasury department. If you possess a strong work ethic, great attitude and want to learn and grow, this may be a great position for you.
Responsibilities:
Bank transfers (wires/ach) utilizing on-line banking portals
Monitoring cash balances
Monitor investment activity
Bank reconciliation preparation
Bank account opening and closing
Bank account maintenance
Maintain banking relationships
Cash balance reporting
Answer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner
Assist in preparation of reports and compliance documentation as required
Qualifications:
At least an associate’s degree in finance or accounting
1+ years of related work experience such as basic accounting/bookkeeping, customer service, computer skills, treasury, banking, or finance
Analytical and enjoys puzzle solving
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Super organized and detail-oriented.
