We are seeking a Superintendent to oversee local commercial and home renovation projects in the metro-Detroit area, with occasional travel. The Superintendent will be responsible for onsite supervision, managing contractors, and ensuring all projects adhere to approved plans, budgets, and safety protocols. The role involves direct communication with Project Managers, Owners, and management teams, and handling projects ranging from high-end residential to commercial/hospitality remodels, restoration, or management.

The role involves managing contractors on job sites and daily communication with leadership. Projects may range from a water leak in a high-end residential home to a hospitality office remodel.
