The recruiter will perform full cycle recruitment activities and processes such as sourcing, recruitment, and selection of key internal and external talent for identified needs while maintaining a high level of service and achieving a positive candidate and hiring manager experience. Responsibilities: * Performs full-cycle recruitment including candidate sourcing, resume and application review, phone screening of qualified applicants, coordinating the interview and onboarding process for new hires, and managing the offer process. * Partners with hiring managers to plan and implement recruiting strategies for positions as well as to ensure a positive candidate experience. * Understands and communicates the labor market conditions and the impact on availability of talent in the market; proactively adjusting recruiting strategies to ensure hiring goals are achieved. * Plans and attends various recruitment functions for the organization including job fairs, open houses, college recruitment fairs and national conferences. * Serves as the contact person for recruitment agencies and develops and manages advertisements of open positions using a variety of media including social media. * Ideal candidate demonstrates initiative, and the ability to work independently and as part of a collective team. * Demonstrates the Hartford Healthcare values: Caring, Excellence, Safety, Equity and Integrity. * Maintains up to date knowledge and compliance with federal and state employment laws and guidelines. * Travels as needed to various local sites as needed. Education: * * Bachelors Degree required. *Work Experience: * Minimum of 3 years recruiting experience required. * 5-7 years of recruiting experience strongly preferred. * Clinical recruitment experience on a high volume HR team based environment preferred * Excellent verbal and written communication skills, organizational and problem solving skills, along with a strong customer service focus. * Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment along with successful work in a matrix environment that requires collaboration with HR centers of excellence to achieve results. * Experience with high volume Applicant Tracking Systems, e.g Taleo Enterprise, and HRIS PeopleSoft systems is preferred.
