Responsibilities

• Develop and implement production plans to meet quality, quantity, and timeline goals for specialty products

• Lead and supervise production staff, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless production workflows and timely delivery of products

• Monitor and enforce compliance with FDA or OSHA regulations and company policies to maintain a safe and regulatory-compliant working environment

• Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and ensure adherence to safety protocols

• Oversee documentation and record-keeping related to production activities, including FDA or OSHA compliance documentation

• Collaborate with R&D and quality assurance teams to implement new processes and product enhancements while ensuring regulatory compliance

• Manage inventory levels and procurement of materials to support production needs
