Job Description DNA Diagnostics Center is the world leader in DNA relationship testing, processing over one million DNA samples from customers all over the world. OPPORTUNITY OVERVIEW Case Management Accessioning Representatives provide clients with outstanding service by performing timely and accurate sample processing. Representatives are responsible for opening samples, comparing information, addressing concerns, solving problems, and entering client data correctly into the Laboratory Information System, to ensure that every case is successfully completed, and every client satisfied. Case Management Accessioning Representatives must have excellent data entry skills, be detail oriented and organized. This role is multi-tasked and flexible and having the ability to prioritize work is essential.
