Work with a team that is primarily composed of individuals with disabilities. Conduct regular inspections to assess the cleanliness and condition of facilities, identifying areas that require attention or improvement. Provide training to custodial staff on proper cleaning techniques, equipment usage, safety procedures, and quality standards. Develop and implement processes to maintain consistent quality standards in cleaning services, including the use of checklists, protocols, and quality control measures. Investigate any complaints or concerns related to cleaning services, taking corrective action as needed, and ensuring that problems are resolved promptly. Reporting and documentation. Keep detailed records of cleaning activities, inspection results, and any incidents or issues encountered. Prepare reports for management as necessary. Re-inspect serviced areas, close out inspections, and report to management noticing trends. Measure, monitor and analyze the processes and implement actions necessary to meet goals and roles and responsibilities, drive continual improvement. Conduct monthly safety meetings, training, and hazard inspections and assessments. Provide onsite employee training and investigate all employee work-related accidents and incidents and implement corrective action to prevent a recurrence. Conduct periodic reviews to ensure employees are following GS-42 protocols, properly handling Hazardous, undiluted cleaning materials. Keep abreast of any changes to laws and regulations that impact the organization. Perform any other duties as assigned Education Requirements: High School Diploma or GED Bachelor's degree OR proven Quality Control experience in a related field (Preferred) 30-hour OSHA Training course or equivalent in the last 24 months (Required) Qualifications & Skill Requirements: Minimum of One (1) year of commercial Custodial/Janitorial experience Knowledge of standard cleaning procedures, chemicals, products, and equipment. Minimum of Two to three (2-3 years) of experience on projects exceeding 500,000 square feet. Minimum of Two (2) years in quality systems or quality systems implementation. This can include experience in quality control, quality assurance, process improvement, or related roles. Preferred Knowledge: Knowledge of standard cleaning procedures, chemicals, products, and equipment Knowledge of the use of Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) Ability to read and understand labels and instructions, particularly on the use and applicati
