TDL STAFFING, INC Payroll Assistant in Fairbanks, Alaska
Looking for an experienced, organized and detail-oriented Payroll Specialist for the office of a Fairbanks auto dealership.
This role is primarily responsible for performing payroll-related tasks; daily timecard entries, quarterly taxes, yearly W2s and various duties around the office when payroll is complete.
Excellent communication, strong organization and time management skills are required to be successful in this position.
Full time hours Monday -Friday 8am-5pm with pay starting at $25-$30/HR depending on experience.
Minimum Requirements:
- High school diploma/equivalent
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record
- 3-5 years of administrative experience
- Payroll experience is a PLUS.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Background will be viewed.
- Drug free environment.
