Job Description:
Are you a whiz with wires and a pro with PLCs? Do you have a knack for making complex systems run smoothly? Join our client's team as a Maintenance Technician, where every day is an adventure in innovation and problem-solving! Experience with PLCs is requried .
What You'll Do:
Spark Safety: Inspect electrical systems, equipment, and components to identify hazards, defects, and ensure compliance with codes. Keep operations safe and sound!
Circuit Sleuthing: Test electrical circuits, equipment, and fixtures using tools like multimeters and oscilloscopes. Your expertise will keep systems humming.
PLC Perfection: Troubleshoot and maintain PLC-controlled equipment, making sure everything runs like a well-oiled machine.
- Collaborate Creatively: Work closely with V.P. of Manufacturing and follow drawings, sketches, and manuals. Your analytical troubleshooting skills will be key to solving complex maintenance puzzles.
- Precision Matters Use a variety of precision measuring instruments and your sharp judgement to diagnose, dismantle, and repair equipment.
Tech Savvy: Be familiar with Ladder Logic, RSStudio 5000, IDEC Automation Organizer, Red Lion Crimson, and Omron CX-One . Read and interpret engineering drawings and schematics like a pro.
Inventory Insight: Keep equipment and inventories in check with CMMS software.
Mechanical Mastery : Understand belts, belt drives, chain drives, and gearboxes to keep everything moving smoothly.
Innovate & Install: Install new equipment and make modifications as needed. Help solve operational problems with creative adaptations and perform development and experimental work.
Diagnose & Repair: Detect faulty operations, diagnose malfunctions, and provide effective remedies.
Tech-Savvy Troubleshooting: Use your computer skills to perform all required functions and maintain quality standards.
Record Keeping: Keep accurate records and assist with new product development, including research, design, prototypes, and testing.
